Grand Opening Recap: What a great day it was last weekend with a great turn of events! Thank you for everybody who came along to congratulate us! Also for those who browse through the gym and to participate in all the awesome activities!
We were amazed to see the great interest and support we have in our local community. It made us realise that we are on the right track with our offers and support we give to all our members.
If you have missed our Grand Opening here are a few snap shots of what happened during the day. Also a list of all our businesses in the Townsville Health Hub. Click on their names for more information about their services and offers.
Strand Swim School
- Learn to swim
- Strand Swim School currently supporting “Hole in the Water” charity, which is raising funds for families suffering a loss through childhood drowning. We have collection tins around the Hub so please feel free to make a small donation of loose change.
- Regular Learn to Swim Programs Run Monday to Friday 9-11am and 3.30-5.30pm and Saturday mornings 9-11am.
Energy Hub
We are so excited to have the ENERGY HUB here at the Townsville Health Hub. Energy Hub not only offer ‘Healthy’ food and beverage solutions at their café here at the Health Hub, but you can also have them prepare your entire weeks food. So if you are strapped for time, but still want satisfying, healthy, tasty AND affordable meals come on down a see the Team at Energy Hub. Smoothies, juices and coffee!
Eat in Breakfast and lunch options and even a quick ‘Grab and Go” for lunch on the run.
Raw Beaute
DID SOMEONE SAY MASSAGE?
Raw Beaute will be offering an array of services including; Massage, Waxing, Henna Eyebrow, Lash Lifts and Spray Tanning just to name a few.
Raw Beaute believes in all things natural, therefore we have chosen Tanning solutions that not only look natural, but that are also great for the skin, rich in anti-oxidants and contain Aloe Vera and Green Tea Extracts, great nutrients to help nourish and moisturise your skin.

It’s not too late to jump onto their new 20 week Face to Face Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness course located here at the Townsville Health Hub.

The Townsville Health Hub is the new home for locally owned and operated Health Club “Strand Fitness”
Strand Fitness has 3 locations across Townsville. We have a Health Club in the Northern Beaches at Burdell a CrossFit Box down on the Beautiful Strand AND now an even bigger Health Club located here at 719 Flinders Street Townsville CBD.
