Hatha and Vinyasa TSV Yoga

Hatha Yoga is the traditional slower pace yoga which also includes the teachings of Pranayama (Breath Work) and Meditation. It is practised to restore health, reduce stress and to build strength and flexibility. Vinyasa is a slightly quicker paced sequencing of Asanas. The combination of Hatha and Vinyasa in one practice results in a beautiful well rounded Yoga class which is beneficial and accessible to all levels.
