WHAT IS HIIT TRAINING?

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) involves short bursts of intense exercise, alternated with low-intensity recovery periods. HIIT classes run from 30 – 45 Minutes and are usually broken into several workouts. During a typical HIIT session you can expect anything from sprint running, quick bursts on a bike, treadmill, rower, assault bike and everybody’s enemy, burpees. 



Prepare to sweat and get fit, plain and simple! Work hard, rest and do it all again with a scientific approach to our HIIT classes.
