We proudly introduce you to Ellen! Mainly, an accredited Nutritionist who assists the Pavillion Café in developing their pre-prepared meal menu with her knowledge and advice.

The Pavillion Café offers pre-prepared meals with 2 pick-up locations for Strand Fitness (CBD & North Shore). Delicious freshly cooked meals are available fresh, frozen, and now online: ThePavillionCafe.com.au.

With her knowledge, experience, and advice. The Pavillion Café has developed delicious meals – ‘Nourished by the Nutritionist. In addition, what is taken into consideration is the importance of healthy food decisions during a balanced diet. With three different sizes, the meals range from weight loss to maintenance and also bulking options. Furthermore, the latest addition is a delicious nutty vegan meal!

Above all, Ellen Delaney holds an Adv. Dip. of Nutritional Medicine. Elle got her degree from the Australasian College of Natural Therapies. Accredited with Australian Natural Therapists Association.

Moreover, Ellen has worked in the Health and Fitness Industry for the last 4 years. Ellen also has a special interest, but not limited to, weight loss and natural sports and exercise nutrition. In addition, Ellen also has a liking for CrossFit, not only the training aspect but also the community feel that CrossFit encourages.

Ellen’s role as an Accredited Nutritional Medicine Practitioner. In addition, her goal is to support her clients in the prevention and management of a wide range of complex health conditions. Some of which include;

  • digestive complaints,
  • stress,
  • fatigue,
  • mood disorders
  • sleep problems
  • allergies
  • autoimmune diseases,
  • cardiovascular disease,
  • female and male reproductive concerns, and
  • other endocrine disorders.

Ellen is also a mum of 2 boys. Therefore, she knows too well the juggling act with maintaining a balanced family life, business, ongoing study, and keeping active.

Nutritional medicine draws on a holistic approach to healing which takes into account the whole person. In addition, based on the traditions of food as medicine and dietary planning. It combines these disciplines with scientific advances in the treatment, management, and prevention of disease using food and nutrient as therapeutics.
