A little about Nutritional Medicine

Nutritional medicine draws on a holistic approach to healing which takes into account the whole person. Based on the traditions of food as medicine and dietary planning, it combines these disciplines with scientific advances in the treatment, management and prevention of disease using food and nutrient as therapeutics.
