At Strand Fitness we believe total Health & Fitness comes from creating a well balanced routine that includes all facets of exercise. That’s why we offer many options including the usual Cardio & Strength Training that you would expect from any Gym plus the added benefit of wellness programs including Yoga, Pilates & meditation. Both high & low impact classes for all levels of fitness and of course, recovery services too. Steam room, traditional hot coal sauna, magnesium pool & even massage chairs.
