The VIP Lifestyle gives you the opportunity to train in any of our 30 minute HIIT (high-intensity interval training) classes at both Strand Fitness locations. Whether you enjoy training at our in our functional training area at XFF or MetaPWR, or love sweating it out in GRIT.
In addition, we teamed up with Townsville Yoga Hub to give you access to their Yoga and Pilates studios and also The Haven. Combine your regular gym training and functional fitness with some stretching, relaxation and mindfulness and you have a full wellness experience.
