Due to our recent expansion we are recruiting Membership Consultants for our Health Clubs.

Membership Sales Consultant – Strand Fitness Group

The Role

The role of Membership Sales Consultant involves identifying prospective members’ health and fitness needs and tailoring the best possible membership solution for them. A Membership Consultant will actively seek new business for the club, representing the facility in a positive and professional manner whilst achieving both individual and team goals/targets as set out by management.

The successful applicant should possess the following Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • A friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic disposition
  • An ambitious and motivated, can-do attitude
  • Proven track record with exceeding sales targets
  • An ability to work and collaborate successfully with a team to achieve team/individual KPI’s and goals
  • Industry knowledge
  • Be reliable, flexible and have fantastic work ethic
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Have a passion for health and fitness
  • Enjoy helping people to achieve their goals
  • Experience in Microsoft Office
  • Hold or be able to obtain current First Aid & CPR Certification

Prior experience in fitness, sales and/or customer service environment is highly advantageous.

We are looking for people to join our team who can work flexible hours, predominantly early mornings, late nights and weekends.

You must have great attention to detail and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Social media platforms. Be a bright, confident, outgoing and people orientated personality.
