What is the ‘Hybrid Training Program’?

The Strand Fitness ‘Hybrid Training Program’ is designed to help you;

 

Stay Fit ~ Being fit, strong and healthy is going to be your best defense against contracting a virus of any kind. So, maintaining your health and fitness routine is a great way to keep your immune system strong. Keep the movement up! 

Stay Healthy ~ As well as exercising to stay healthy, maintaining a nutritious and well-balanced diet is also important.

Stay Sane ~ Maintaining low-stress levels, we all know that exercise releases endorphins, which help with stress, anxiety & depression. It can also help relieve boredom. Good sleep, good nutrition & exercise all help us to stay sane, but so does support and continued community contact via private Social Media Groups. 

All from the comfort of your own home!

At home workout example

The Hybrid Training Program will not only give you access to done for you workouts that you can do at home, but also to keep you accountable you will need to PROVE your workout!

 

Checkout an example workout below.

 

Workout 37:

Warm-up with 5 to 10 minutes of light cardio, then dynamic stretches (leg swings, arm circles, etc.).  After the workout, cool down with light cardio (walking, etc.) to bring down the heart rate, and then stretch.

Complete 4 rounds in your best time with proper form.

  • 12  jumping jacks
  • 12  man makers
  • 10 star jumps
  • 10 plank jacks
  • 8 squat to lat raise
  • 8 kettlebell swings/bucket swings

Options of Hybrid Training Program.

We have two options available of our Hybrid Training Program.

 

Level one is yours straight away once you contact us and you are a financial member of Strand Fitness.

 

Level two is for people who require more 1 on 1 motivation and support. Once you contact us and you are a financial Strand Fitness member, we give you immediate access to level one, then put you in touch with one of our Trainers (you can choose, or we can match you with a Trainer).
