Benefits / Bookings
1. Enhance everyday performance: Functional training targets the movements and muscle groups required for daily activities, such as lifting, bending, twisting, and reaching. By improving your functional strength, you’ll find it easier to perform these tasks with greater efficiency, reducing the risk of injury.
2. Increased Strength and Stability: Functional training emphasises using multiple muscle groups simultaneously, replicating the way your body naturally moves. This leads to improved overall strength, stability, and coordination. By engaging your muscles in a more integrated way, you develop the strength and stability needed for real-life challenges.
3. Improved Balance and Core Strength: Functional training places a strong emphasis on core engagement and stability. By incorporating exercises that challenge your balance and activate your core muscles, you develop a solid foundation that supports proper posture and prevents injuries.
