The Benefits of Hot Yoga – Adding a Hot Yoga Session into your Training Plan!

The benefits of Hot Yoga and Yoga can be of enormous advantage to anyone pursuing a fitness regime. Yoga tones and strengthens your body uniformly, unlike some fitness training regimens that can lead to overdevelopment of particular muscle groups. Yoga exercises, meditation and postures also improve your balance, strength and overall flexibility, making you more capable of pursuing a weight loss regimen.

Hot Yoga, not only gives you the benefits of Yoga mentioned above, but the ‘Hot’ part can help to detoxify your body. This is because we use Infrared Heat, which has many therapeutic effects. Not only can this heat source detoxify, but this type of heat therapy may also help aid; fat loss, chronic fatigue, water retention, skin disorders, as well as in the elimination heavy metals and poisons.

  • fatigue
  • fibromyalgia
  • infertility
  • digestive problems
  • frequent viral or bacterial infections
  • acne
  • depression and anxiety
  • insomnia
  • allergies
  • eczema
  • Alzheimer’s
What is Infrared Heat?

Have you found that the forced heat in a Hot Yoga room just isn’t for you? Hot Yoga with infrared heating may be just what you’re looking for!

Infrared Heat is a PASSIVE heat, rather than heating the air like a furnace. Radiant heat heats objects in its path which re-radiate the heat to other objects, which then re-radiate heat to the air. In the same way that the sun heats the earth (without the detrimental effects of UV rays)
