Health Hub Pavillion Cafe is a new service for all patrons of the Health Hub building, including all members of Strand Fitness, Yoga Hub, Fitness Institute, Strand Swim School and of course kids!
We embrace the importance of a healthy lifestyle and this is where the Pavillion Cafe has its roots: Living in fast-paced environments and rushing from work to school pickups and of course fitting in your training session at the gym. We are here to help you with your work-life balance. You can now save time by picking up your online ordered pre-prepared healthy meals. We asked, we listened and this is our solution:

Ready for pick up at our CBD and North Shore location. We offer a wide range of meals with tasty fortnightly changes. With 3 different packages, we offer the ideal menu for everyone:

We have designed fresh healthy meals prepared by our chef and nourished by the nutritionist. To save as much time as possible, we will open our online shop shortly!
As well as pre-prepared meals, the Pavillion cafe also offers an eat-in menu in our relaxing outdoor area. Imagine sitting outside after your workout, sipping on your morning coffee and refuelling on a tasty breakfast. – How does avocado with poached eggs sound?
From freshly brewed dominion coffee, (herbal) teas and refreshing drinks, over to smoothies and protein shakes – the cafe offers everything your healthy and active lifestyle requires.
