WHAT IS BODYATTACK?

BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that provide exercise for total beginners to total addicts. It successfully is done in more than 80 countries all around the globe. BODYATTACK combines athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Our instructors are certified by LES MILLS™ and will pump out energising tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories* and leaving you with a sense of achievement. One of our LES MILLS coaches is Jacky (LINK), she is amazing at pushing you to your limits!

Workouts vary in times, available from 30 up to 55 minutes. Feel free to check our timetables for both our locations (CBD & North Shore) to check our timetables.

One of the best things about BODYATTACK is it improves your functional fitness – the fitness that you need for everyday life.

HOW TO GET STARTED?

You can adjust every BODYATTACK course to your current fitness level. Our instructors will give you low-impact options to tailor each workout to your fitness level. During your first sessions, we recommend taking low-impact options to get most of your workout!
