    A beautifully choreographed practice that will see the practitioner flowing from one posture to another with grace and poise. Vinyassa can be translated as ‘the arrangement of something in a special way’.

    The student learns to move with the flow of the breath, gains a great deal of body awareness and so learns to move with a high level of consciousness. The entire body gets a workout and the focus on the breath will enhance performance both on and off the mat. Learning to relax and going with the flow allows the student to understand a great deal about body placement.
