    HIIT Classes

    XFF – High-Intensity Functional Training. Our XFF Program is a blend of training styles programmed and delivered in a functional way to HIIT (pardon the pun) all the boxes.

    High-Intensity Interval Training (HITT) is a training approach that involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods. Strand Fitness offers HIIT classes at our health clubs in Townsville City, Burdell, and Garbutt for all fitness and skill levels.

    What Makes Our HIIT Classes Different?

    Our trainers enjoy introducing people to HITT in a welcoming and safe environment, whether you’re brand-new to training or have always enjoyed spending time in the gym. Our HIIT classes are HIIT Functional Training classes. They are offered at 60 minutes (SF60), 45 minutes (SF45) and 30 minutes (SF30). They are also offered at a range of times to suit your schedule. Their duration offers members flexibility for when they are busy to still get into the gym and get an effective workout done that will get them results.

    Our HITT trainers work patiently within the group, guiding you through the movements and keeping you motivated as you go. We have all the equipment to get a great workout so you can see results.
