I’m Jacob, the founder of Perform Strength and Conditioning. With a love for all things fitness, I specialise in compound movements, mobility routines, and functional training. At PSC, my mission is to channel this passion into guiding you towards optimal strength, endurance, and overall health and well-being through personalised training programs. Whether you’re experienced in fitness or someone new to the gym, unsure where to start, I’m here to support you.   • Certificate III in Fitness
  • Certificate IV in Fitness
  • Level 1 CrossFit Coach
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessing
  • Bachelor Degree in Business (Economics & Sport and Events management)
  • Graduate Diploma in Education
  • First-aid and CPR
