What is Strand Fitness Bootcamp?

If you haven’t already jumped on this, Strand Fitness Boot Camp is a great way to get FIT with plenty of support and motivation AND in the most FUN Way! Moreover, we take your session outdoors (rain, cyclone or shine) mixing together bodyweight circuits, with light functional movements! In additon, we’ve got our NEW Bootcamp van, filled with all sorts of equipment to make sure you’re always getting fresh workouts, and breaking the repetitive cycle of running with a few burpees thrown in!

Strand Fitness Bootcamp – Who is it for?

People of all ages and fitness backgrounds who want or need accountability, support and motivation in a FUN fitness atmosphere! * Busy professionals (time-crunched?
