I understand the Fitness Industry is forever changing, and at times can be hard to keep up with. That’s why I have made it my focus to help you get back on track and point you in the right direction for smashing your goals and in whole creating a healthier community!
Dylan will be offering both One on One private Personal Training sessions as well as Small Group ‘Semi-Private’ sessions.
Dylan will also be coaching our Brand New Functional Training Group Program “XFF 45” (Xtreme Functional Fitness) in our Dungeon in our basement level, check out our Timetable for session times and days.
