One Size doesn’t Fit All!

Fitness Goals and Personal Preference: We have all been in a position to search for the ‘Perfect Fit’ at some stage of our life.
Whether it’s searching for the perfect size in a dress or jeans, the right size house or apartment or the right school for your children. Generally, you always have to compromise, but wouldn’t it be nice if you could DESIGN what you need to suit YOU and your needs perfectly?

In search of your fitness goals, we don’t have just one generic option that is supposed to ‘FIT’ everybody. It affects specific goals, personal preferences, time-frame, and budget. Instead here at Strand Fitness we don’t want you to compromise!

We are proud to offer custom-designed packages ‘Tailored’ to suit every need. Including fitness goals and personal preferences. Ensuring to get the PERFECT FIT when it comes to choosing a package.

e.g. Someone who has their own program and are familiar with Gym equipment, they want to come in and do their own thing when it suits them

Different goals

One may have a specific goal that they want to achieve, such as Weight loss, therefore need a particular Training and/or Nutrition Program, or attend a particular type of class. We find many people need to be motivated to be Active and are not really self driven enough to workout by their own devices. We find these types of people prefer to come in and take part in scheduled activities such as Group Fitness classes and/or Small Group Training sessions such as our HIIT Training classes and our XFF – Functional Training Program. Our programs are coached by Qualified Trainers and/or Instructors. Participants are shown what to do, then motivated and encouraged throughout each session.

We consult people on a regular basis who are not necessarily after high intensity or high impacting exercise regime. These days many people are after a solution to combat daily stresses and unwind or even rehabilitate. Our Wellness Program which includes classes such as Yoga & Pilates may be the answer. We even offer a relaxation zone called ‘The Haven’ for a complete Wellness experience.  We talk to people who are here in the region just for a short amount of time who need a short term Membership option. Then there are people who are here for quite a while and want to benefit from a longer-term Membership.

At the risk of sounding cliche, we really do have it ALL! We want each person to get the most out of their Membership. Ensuring it to suit them and their needs. Starting from your fitness goals to your personal preference. We even have members who just come in for a Sauna and/or Steam Room session and a dip in the Pool (it is a nice Pool, heated too).
